I noticed that a few dealers that I frequently use simply disappeared. I contacted directly one of them and apparently, there’s stricter guideline for authorized dealer. Is anyone aware of it or if you have similar experience with authorized dealer?
Bought a frankenwatch advertised as original. Seller refused to pay back, c24 refused to get involved.
Had to raise some shit which got me most of my money back and the authorized dealer banned.
I wouldn’t dig too much into the ban.
The problem I have is the AD has a year of warranty and I want to have it polished by the dealer instead of from an independent jeweler. If C24 outright ban the AD, is there any way for them to still honour the warranty?
Just contact the dealer directly and ask them. They’ll probably polish it for you just to have a happy customer who might buy more jewelry directly from them in the future.
