My clients will always use VPN to connect to their office network remotely, so I am looking for Remote Desktop service that is self-hosted (but don’t need to expose it to the internet), so users can browse to a single local IP, view their Windows machines that have access to, and able to access them remotely. I know I can use Windows RDP but not all machines are Pro edition, their IPs are dynamic, and no Wake on Lan. So, I wanted one place for users to see all machines they are authorized to access, can Wake them up, and access them remotely. Was checking documentations for RustDesk and MeshCentral, but couldn’t tell if they fit my needs.
