This place is for memes that are distressing and illicit unsettling feelings like fear, panic, insanity, or depression.

The memes should be more story oriented not content oriented. For example, a “meme” that is just a video of cartel violence would not count as a distressing meme, but a meme about sitting in a restaurant hearing “funkytown” playing in the back room (reference to cartel violence) would be.

Rules:

Follow the Instance rules (so no graphic depictions of violence)
No porn
No politics (referencing how humans have destroyed the planet or referencing war-crimes is still allowed)
Use the NSFW if you simply must post something graphic but be warned the instance is against NSFL content and I am opposed to the idea that gore/violence is necessary to illicit fear so your post might get removed

This community can be federated to other instances and be posted/commented in by their users.
