Is it even terrorism at that point? From what I can tell, most missiles are actually striking military targets (at least, judging by how many military targets have been struck and destroyed). I doubt Hamas has the missiles necessary to launch a terror campaign given that, y’know, they’ve literally been repurposing unexploded Israeli munitions that land on Gaza.
