Heritage Minister @S_Guilbeault says his forthcoming bill will regulate all content on the Internet. Doesn’t matter company, server, poster etc. is located in Canada. If image available is Canada, his regulatory system will apply.— Michael Geist (@mgeist) April 15, 2021
