My first thought, too. They had 23 years to mold a trio of children into mouthpieces for the brand and Rowling waited like 3/4s of that to reveal how intentionally nutty she is. She won’t make that mistake again.
wonder if it grinds her gears that harry potter himself in the eyes of the world at least is out there getting actually involved with sharing the stories of trans kids.
