I really want to obey this rule but I have internet social anxiety so I never know what to say

I was lurking on some post from this forum not too long ago & I really wanted to post, but like I said I feel like I never have any clue what to say. Half the time I forget I’m even capable of commenting bc I lurked on Lemmy w/o an acc for a good few months before I finally just made one
