The Missoula Redevelopment Agency is using Tax Increment Financing, or TIF, to install lighting along a 2.7-mile stretch of a pedestrian/bike path through the city.

Finally the Missoula City Council finds a use for TIF funding that doesn’t enrich some bank or city council member financially.
