I’m not saying it’s impossible but I’ll believe it when I see it. Jade does a lot of stuff outside the ring that I don’t know the WWE will allow her to do.

To me, this is a big loss for AEW. Jade’s obviously not the best in the ring but she’s a star in every other way.

Agreed. Forget who said it but given she has excellent charisma, but not the greatest (tho improving!) ring skills, WWE style may work out better for her than the more work rate style, so she may go far.

That being said her outside-of-wrestling commitments were a big hindrance point last time so either they’re loosening up on that, or the bag be big.

I could absolutely see WWE giving her the bag. And frankly, she deserves it.

I really think she’s as good as anyone on AEW’s roster when it comes to promoting a show. Her interviews on the Breakfast Club and elsewhere can’t be topped. In my eyes, it would be a huge blow to AEW and I expect her to be a massive star once WWE gets their hands on her.

It would be a huge blow to the women’s division that is struggling for multiple reasons right now

She is a great character, not phenomenal in the ring, but a presence that is unique and undeniably charismatic. WWE’s NXT system would give her a leg up, they could harness that uniqueness and give her time to develop even better promo skills and because she fits their mold so much better they could possibly make her a better in-ring worker.

If true, I’d like to know why AEW let her go, Tony has money and they really need her more than WWE ever will.

Sounds like a good move for Cargill tbh, I think she’d suit their presentation better.

Do you think WWE will try book her like a female Goldberg too?

True, but if Jade leaves AEW with that 60-1 record just to get squashed in WWE loads, they waste how much AEW built her up to be a future monster, and she does have a big fanbase that would happily follow her to WWE.

I could see them letting her get a streak going too just to build her up in the eyes of the WWE Universe before they start to book her against any major names, but hopefully not let it go for as long as AEW did where she ended up with her own separate feeder division because they couldn’t risk her losing.

It has a weird rub to me that she loses and then the rumor mill about her leaving.

Like if she is leaving cause she lost, it’s sour. If she’s leaving for bigger and better reasons, it’s fine.

She’ll do what’s best for her, and that’s good.
