I used this material with former Clients individually and in a group setting, and it helped me get myself motivated and curb some of my bad procrastination habits. The Putting Off Procrastination workbook was really helpful.
I have no affiliation with that site. I just love to share their resources since they’re free and all evidence-based (as opposed to self-help mumbo-jumbo). Their resources have continued to grow over the years. Awesome organization based in the UK.
