Yep. I wouldn’t kill a fascist just for existing, no matter how objectionable I find their beliefs. But if they’re literally trying to kill me or someone else, and other options (running away, locking them in a room, or even injuring them in a non-lethal but suitably incapacitating way) haven’t worked, then I’d do what’s necessary to preserve my or others’ lives. I am kind of struggling to see a situation where I’ve broken the fascist’s leg and locked them in a room so I can run away, and they still present enough of a danger that I have to kill them, though…
