I know more about the robot I work with than the maintenance guys that work on it, but I’m not allowed to touch the robot because I’m supposedly unskilled labor. So I have to guide them through using the UI console and guide them to finding the problems themselves.

And half the time they fucking ignore me because I’m just a dumb line worker and waste an hour doing what could have taken a couple minutes.
