Looks like it will build a profile on each person, and then sell the data to the government, and whoever else wants it.
I don’t know how they’ll get around privacy law. Maybe they’ll make people sign a waver, or a special law will be made for them.
It will be like a central bank, but for personal medical data. It will hold all the information, and control the information flow between the people, government, and businesses.
Businesses and covernment will subscription fees to access people’s data.
