OpenBooks by Evan buss on GitHub. It’s an irc based downloader and I have been able to find even the most obscure stuff with it. At least so far.

Is myanonamouse one of the big ones that you checked?
I use irc for the more obscure books. It’s a bit more annoying but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy.
Just another library.
It’s in Tor, and I’m impressed with all of the academic books they hold.
