Feeling despondent these days, anyone have any big hype movie recommendations to make the vibes less rancid? I could go for some aggressively commie action movies or something.

Battle at Lake Chiangjin is INCREDIBLE don’t believe the haters (i think that’s how you spell it don’t @ me though)
Yes, Battle of Brest Fortress and T-34 (I think it’s called?) are good if you don’t mind some nostalgia for the red army’s glory days. The former one is a bit more serious and is about a last stand, but both are good hype movies in which Communists fight Nazis and often come out on top.
