The FBI is investigating a racially-motivated shooting in Jacksonville, FL after police say a white man drove 40 miles in search of Black people to kill, leaving 3 dead. Florida State Senator Tracie Davis joins Katie Phang to discuss the impact the tragedy has had on the local community.

I guess the perspective I am coming from is a parent. Most I talk to are trying to be good parents. Then again I am not associated with people like you are describing in the first paragraph.
