I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up, but Ike’s Kitchen is a sorely missed local favorite. According to Wonju’s goodbye and thanks post from July 30, 2023 (here), “…we welcome Ike’s Kitchen in our space and hope that you are able to support their family!” I don’t want to celebrate prematurely, but I’d be lying if this didn’t excite me.
