Whenever he speaks about the business side of things, work conditions or unions you can feel it, he’s a soul crusher. Heck he mentioned something along the line of “Although we don’t necessarily respect labor laws all the time, we know we’ve got good work conditions and if an employee wants to start talking labor laws… Well, two can play this game.”

I never felt the need to threaten my colleagues who wanted to see their rights respected and I never felt the need to not respect labor laws.
