I released a python tool to turn a data stream into a QR video stream for exfiltration, as well as return QR videos to their original text. Adjustable fps, chunking and cpu utilization.

    The software isn’t perfect, but with a half decent video it works fine.
    You just have to calibrate the frame rate and chunking depending on your cameras fps and resolution.

    Made it to practice some more complex functions in Python.

    What motivated you to develop this and what success rate have you been able to achieve?

    For example, could you pass on a small zip file and video record from cellphone off of a monitor or would that create too much data loss ?
