Though I finished the old format, the path brought new challenges of which him happy to have encountered. The end was really repetitive and I still believe Duolingo can improve. Even allowing you to pause the time while it gives you more information about a word of phrase would be nice. But overall, I’m proud of myself.

I’ve heard about this app for years but never really thought it would work for me. How well do you think this would help me actually learn a completely foreign language if I only know English and am slightly a dumb dumb?

You use the app for like a basic knowledge, but then if you want to be fluent you must use more traditional material to expand your understanding

Honestly it depends entirely on you and your preferences. This was easy for me because I’m competitive AF, so that was my motivation. But the flip side of that is that I’m learning just a few things. Like I’ve finished the course and roughly know when to use a bunch of words, but don’t know what they actually mean.

English is my first and only language too BTW. Give it a try.

@JokeDeity @sabreW4K3 yeah even you can learn using the app. It’s fun and easy, so you can try it out and see how you go.

But, it does take time and practice. If you don’t put in, you get nothing out
