Is this the same system that incorrectly told the whole state that they were going to die to an incoming missile attack a few years ago?
Wasn’t that due to someone manually activating it because they thought there was an actual credible threat?
Might be misremembering though.
Sort of, it was during an unscheduled drill and even though they said it was a test before the message they read said “this is not a drill” and an employee sent the message.
