I know, I know, read the instructions, but I like them a little crispy, little chewy, juuust right.

    Oh no, you shouldn’t bake them at all.

    Put a pan on your stove and when it’s hot, you drop the dough in. That way, the bottom will be crisp and the top will be raw chewy. Just how you want it.

    I hear a bun in the oven should take roughly 9 months. I assume the same goes for cookies.

      Do I need to flip the light on & off every few weeks to check on the cookies or will that mess with them too much?

        Depends whether your co-baker prefers the light on or off.
