This LK-99 stuff sounds like this year’s version of the EmDrive.
We are still not sure. The paper was published under very suspicious circumstances. However, since the recipe is given in the paper, many groups around the world are running tests. We still need to wait a few more days for more conclusive results. With the results until now, it seems that the material is at least very strongly diamagnetic but I haven’t seen any conclusive proof of zero resistivity confirmed by another lab.

I’m skeptical, but then I also understand that in the scheme of things, “room temperature” is arbitrary. So there’s no reason I know of that it can’t happen. It’s not like perpetual motion or something.
Imagine a cold fusion reactor using LK-99 to power an emdrive spaceship….
How are you jumping to physics breaking inventions? Anti gravity doesn’t seem possible with this technology even if we had best lossless electric transfer. It means tech will be more efficient but it doesn’t mean we’ll magically get anti gravity or forcefields.
