    Is this a photo of my teeth, I have the same in exactly the right spot on both those teeths. It has remained the same size for about 2 years now

    I have exactly the same stage on the same teeth. my dentist said we should watch them every 6 months. if they do not grow they can be avoided. if they grow - they should be removed.

    Not a dentist, but yes they look like the early stages of cavities. Should be easy enough and plenty early enough to have a dentist fill them.

      Thanks. I didn’t know anything about cavities until two days ago. I wish I did, I probably could have stopped them forming easily 😅

    Without seeing you in person, it’s a bit hard to be clear.

    The more front tooth is likely staining. The one behind has a chance to actually be decay.
