Summary
Caroline Kennedy urged senators to reject Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination as head of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, calling him a “predator” unfit for the role.
In a letter, Kennedy accused her cousin of troubling behavior, including a past fascination with violence and drug use, and criticized his lack of relevant experience.
She also condemned his anti-vaccine activism as dangerous and hypocritical, noting he vaccinated his own children while discouraging others from doing so.
RFK Jr.’s confirmation hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
Yup, typical old-school Democrat, making their thoughts known via a strongly worded letter. Did she send a copy to the Editor while she was at it?
It’s better than the usual Republican way of making their thoughts known which usually consists of a shoddily built bomb left on the doorstep or anonymously phoned in threats.
I wouldn’t mind some shoddily built lefty bombs or anonymous phone calls to republicans.
