If that were true, they wouldn’t also be arguing to remove birthright citizenship from Native Americans.

Look, you have no idea what you’re talking about, it’s past time you stop.
They haven’t argued that? They were trying to push it through based on an old case, and it was blocked. Nowhere in that article does it say they’re trying to end citizenship for native americans
