Either you can change your DNS server to one that resolves the name, or you can make a local hostfile entry, add the following to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts on Windows or to /etc/hosts on Linux or macOS.

Why can i never see catbox images?
I had this issue with a DNS provider doing filtering before!
It was Quad9 normal feed (9.9.9.9) at the time. They still seem to be filtering that domain:

to contrast, here is the correct response from the Quad9 unfiltered feed (9.9.9.10)
