Interesting that they are trying to use Bluesky to make it look like “this is now safe, because it is decentralized” when in reality BlueSky still has a centralized control and there’s nothing stopping it to go the way Twitter did.
What happens to my account if my PixelFed instance shuts down abruptly? Do I have to DM all my followers to follow my new account? Or is this already a solved problem with ActivityPub?
