It is interesting to see the different paths the card games designed by Garfield have taken. Keyforge is essentially a “Kickstarter” style game where new collections are pre-sold and are difficult to find outside of their dedicated community otherwise. Netrunner is for all intents and purposes an “open source” project, maintained exclusively by the community.

Looking at what Hasbro is doing with MtG and considering their shaky financials, would you support MtG if it went independent? If so, would you rather the exclusivity of a “Kickstarter only” Keyforge format, or the “free for all” community project format that Netrunner has followed?
