Hi everybody? I live in Norway and I find it really difficult to buy color changing silica gel balls here. I want to use it to keep and control better my filament rolls while they are stored and also to the AMS on my Bambu X1C. The only alternative I found is on Aliexpress, just a 500gr bottle. I was wondering if anybody else out there has any better alternative.

      Activated aluminum isn’t the same as Zeolith-A but probably close enough: Don’t buy that. Removing the water from it is quite a challenge. Basically, microwave it under vacuum.

      Sicapent absorbs faster/more but produces acid and generates a crust. Also single use and higher cost.

      CaCl2 is the dirt cheap used drying agent used for commercial single use room dehumidifiers from the dollar store (can also release some acid but not that big of an issue. Just something you need to be aware of in case something is very sensetive).
