I’m glad he did this, but if you’re against the death penalty, then there is no reason for there to be any exceptions. Leaving those three men on death row is the epitome of hypocrisy.
It’s also not well known that there are currently four men on a different death row for the US military.

Conahan was convicted in 2011 of funneling juveniles to for-profit detention centers in exchange for more than $2 million in kickbacks.
