Making Magic: The Sweet Life of a Witch Who Knows an Infinite MP Loophole Volume 2: Inoffensive entertainment. Ultimately forgettable but I don’t mind that kind of fluff.
6/10 witch golems
Solo Leveling, Volume 8: What a strange book. Strange pacing. Strange structure. Strange ending.
6/10 missing afterwords but bonus points for a finished series
Overlord, Vol. 16: The Half-Elf Demigod Part II:

The entire volume is basically just two (unnecessary) drawn out fight sequences with little to none story progression at all. Fight sequences clearly aren’t Maruyama’s strength and he shouldn’t devote an entire volume to them.
I’m intrigued to see where the last two volumes are going but this volume was by far the weakest of the entire series. Bonus point for so-bin’s stellar artwork (as always).
3/10 inner monologues completely missing the obvious
The Unwanted Undead Adventurer: Volume 11: Pretty normal volume for the series. Feels as unorganised as always. Basically more of the same with just another couple more story threads thrown in without going anywhere.
