I’m not actually sure that there is a home on Earth 6000 miles away from a furcon.

    googles

Yeah, nowhere in the Northern Hemisphere is gonna qualify.

If you live on Tristan Da Cunha, the “most remote island on Earth inhabited by humans” in the South Atlantic, you’re ~5,984 mi from SloFluffCon 2023 in Celje, Slovenia, so even that wouldn’t quite do it.

I don’t think that you can count somewhere like the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, because nobody actually permanently lives there.

    looks further

Pitcairn Island isn’t even close, only about 3,520 mi from Confuror 2023 in Guadalajara, Mexico.

We went to a county show, they asked veterans to stand, no one did. Our child even nudged us to be recognized. We met in the military and live in red country, very rural. We stayed sitting.

We don’t have the right to ask children to do this any more.

May I ask, what was your reasoning for staying sitting, was it political or moral?

My baseball team plays God Bless America during the seventh stretch, and people stand up for that, and then make comments when I don’t. I’m a vet, and I only stand for the star spangled because people make even more comments. I did my duty, I’m done with jingoistic bullshit
