I’m thinking that the absurdity of the terrorism charge boosts the probability of an acquittal.
Oh, please. You know they’re going to hand-pick a judge and jury guaranteed to burn him at the stake.
I don’t even understand who he’s incited terror on apart from CEOs. But they all got afraid in the GFC and no one got charged with terrorism in Wall St. No one got charged with anything and they intentionally, therefore treasonously, destroyed their nation’s economy and the lives of millions on such a scale it spread over the world.
Terrorism is defined as the use of violence against non-combatants for political reasons. Of course it’s socially constructed. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t fit the definition.
