It’s just that we, as viewers, have very little idea about how “good” an org actually is, just a vague idea of whether talents are generally happy or not and whether we as viewers are happy or not. I guess if the descriptor were instead “viewer’s favorite org” that would better align with reality but it’s not as catchy :P
That’s for sure, “Best” always comes across as something objective when it’s not, most of those awards (and other awards in general) should say “viewer/jury’s favorite” instead of “best”, but catchiness is important I guess.
