A rug pull is when for example one of these influencers markets and promotes a crypto, “pumping” the value up because people invest, and then immediately sells or “dumps” their share (usually a significant amount) as soon as possible, causing the value to plummet and leaving the other investors holding the bag.

It’s not to do with her fame not lasting, although I agree anybody with half a brain didn’t invest in this obvious scam lol
