I should have taken a nap, instead I had a shower and skipped lunch. Now I want sleep so bad…
I love naps but for me it’s like those arcade games where you’re timing a button press. Too short or too long I feel groggy for a variable amount of time, if I somehow time it just right, I get up and I immediately feel refreshed.
