How does the burn damage from leaving the safe zone work?

I’ve been having fun, but I had already climbed to Gladiator on PBE so I already knew a lot of the good combos and what to ban

My experience has been everyone abusing S+ tier bullshit like Zyra-Heimer and Kayn. I just wanna mess around with fun champs but it’s draining the fun out of it and there are only limited bans.

But Skarner has been overperforming for being “mediocre” according to most tierlists. Pretty funny to have a permanent slapzone
