Out of curiosity, what caused you to drop them. I started using them back in 2016 and I’ve seen an incredible improvement in that timeframe. With that being said, I absolutely refuse to use post-paid service and I will only use prepaid and purchase my phones directly from the manufacturers and never through the actual carrier service.

They did not stand behind what they sold, particularly in my case screen protectors for life of the device if you purchase the insurance. They only stocked in the stores, the newest models and refused to help me on multiple occasions. Their customer service and rude service people in their independent outlets is what pushed me over the edge.

Okay, that’s fair. I do my best not to interact with customer service. And in most cases, I’m quite successful at that. And I also don’t visit the stores since I buy all of my devices online.
