The people you should be taking seriously is the right. They’ve crushed the dems at every impasse. Every power struggle since Regan the right has won out completely. They are playing for keeps and for you now to condescend to me at the height of their power, it’s a fucking joke. You lost. You’ll continue to lose. You’re playing checkers they are stocking ammo.

      Fucking joke.

It doesn’t have to be that way, you know.

The morals you espose, come from a place they don’t have. It’s a weight, it’s hard. Lift the weight and toss it aside, it’s holding you back. You don’t have anything left to fear. The worse has happened. There’s no reversing climate change. There is no American democracy to even go back to, it was a rigged game from the start. Unburden yourself. Use that wasted energy for a limp dick party like the democrats and join the rest of us in the new world.

And the thing you are espousing is a stupid plan that doesn’t help change anything.

If republicans are that dangerous, don’t help them by throwing a pointless temper tantrum that erodes support.

        This isn’t complicated kid.

Because I’m a functional literate adult and they are the best chance of making things better in America?

Throwing a temper tantrum in Congress isn’t going to help.

Voting in the primaries and moving the party to where you want it to be, does help!

And I’m mature enough to realize that not everyone will agree with my politics, so I’ll probably vote the farthest Left that I think can win their race, so as to not help Republicans.

This shit matters. While I’ll be fine pretty much no matter what, not everyone is so lucky. So, as a person with empathy, it’s important to think about what will help versus what is some stupid shit that would make me giggle but would be zero help (like your proposed electors nonsense.)

You’re not adult, you’re throwing a tantrum. You need to accept this loss was a complete loss. There’s not going to be a righteous come back. Grow the fuck up. They are a sunk cost and I pray 🙏 for you when you come to this realization. You seem to need them.

Kid, I get it feels like that. I remember being young and super upset about elections and thinking similarly but in retrospect, that was probably just the emotional rollercoaster of being a young teen and hey, I get you, that’s difficult. Especially with the world even worse now.

But, losing 51 to 49% in a time when almost every incumbent government has suffered shattering losses isn’t all that ridiculous, unexpected or an ominous harbinger of unavoidable doom. Deciding that it is such and making the only viable opposition party look even dumber though, well, that helps trump for next term.

Yes, trump will do a lot of damage. But, things can and hopefully will, get better. Remember, he was elected in 2016 and what happened the very next election?

I’d strongly suggest reading more about the world. It’s boring at first but it’ll give you perspective, context and understanding. (Or at least learn what a sunk cost is.)
