Maps based on the fictional universe of video games, with locations, points of interest, etc.
Or what do you mean?
Let’s play “guess the Ubisoft game”:
Oh i like to play, Far Cry 6?
Not quite. Take a closer look at the icons.
The bottom left icons on the island makes me think it’s set in the Assassins Creed universe. Since I have only played Black Flag, I’m pretty sure it’s not from there.
Correct. It’s the one game in the series that pushed Xbox One and PS4 a bit too far, but has, for the same reason, aged rather nicely.
Looks like AC Unity
I had given up all hope, but we have a winner nine days late!
It’s what I was looking for. Interactive maps of video game universes!
That’s a dope resource thanks!
Brilliant resource! Thank you for sharing it.
Wow, this is great! Thanks!
- interactive 3D maps: https://noclip.website/ (Edit: Note this site does not work for me anymore, but seem to work for others. It could be my browser Firefox or an addon, I have no idea.)
- overview maps for all kind of systems: https://vgmaps.com/
- SNES games, various overworld or stage maps: https://www.snesmaps.com/
Noclip works, just remove the double tilde from your link.
The double tilde was an attempt to
strike throughthe text. For me site does not work. I mean the site itself works, but nothing when I click and load a scenery. Can you load a map and use it interactively?Edit: Oh, looks like my browser or its configuration does not work, maybe a plugin or Firefox itself: https://noclip.website/?webgpu
Firefox works, on Windows and Android. Seems like you misconfigured it in some way.
I’m on Linux. No clue what is needed, because the error message is not specific enough. I have created an issue on the Github page. Hopefully this can be resolved.
Could be a DRM issue. Maybe this site is using some sort of DRM that’s not working on Linux, similar to streaming sites. I’m just speculating however. Have you tried a fresh install of Firefox instead of your current configuration?
I tested this with a fresh Firefox profile, which is basically like a new installation without any customization. So looks like its not because of my personal customization or addons. Same results. On my old machine I remember using this website and I could navigate through the levels. But that’s 2 years ago or so, don’t remember.
Just had the genius idea to look in the Browser console and this is the message:
14:23:43.794 NotFoundError: No such JSProcessActor ‘BrowserToolboxDevToolsProcess’ 3
Is this guard supposed to be slacking off on the job?
It works on Firefox EndeavourOS

Scraper can grab video game maps and manuals automatically as part of it’s process if you want them for older games.
Do you mean Skraper?
