Sorry sweaty dont you know the only path to treaty is by having a statement from the heart followed by a voice (???) then maybe a truth telling (??? or should that be the other way around???) then a plebiscite (or a referendum???) about the Voice then the other one of the two. But actually none of them and definitely no treaty.
