Im bad with kids but the other job im training for is with adults 30 minutes by car away so i cant afford that gas to stay there forever

    I went to the interview today and i dont know if i can put on the whole ckapping and going yaaaaay for the real young’ns. I’ll try tho because 20 hrs with benefits is great because when i try to work 40 i turn into an orb

      Is it, like, a policy of the workplace to overreact like this with clapping and yaay? I have an autistic kid and she would start crying if you do that shit around her lol.

      If it isn’s some policy that you have to do, I’d say be yourself with the kids and just skip the clapping and yaaaay as neurotypical nonsense. Probably will be received better by those that matter the most, the kids.
