I was kind of surprised to find out Stalin killed more slavic people than Hitler, since Hitler killed at least 20 million soviets. I looked it up: Apparently Stalin deliberately killed 6 million, which goes up to 9 if you take policies with foreseeable deaths into account. That’s less than 20. Yeah, Stalin was a bad guy, but please don’t do holocaust erasure.

It’s hard to argue that Stalin killed 6 million when scholars disagree on degree of his culpability and intentionality when it comes to the post Russia Civil War restructuring of the empire. But there’s little question about Hitler’s culpability and intentionality when he invaded Slavic lands for comquest, sent death squads to shower villagers with bullets and collect them for drath camps, all while touting racial supremacy of the German over the Slav. People like to count these things like they’re the same, which dictator has a “high score” in killing people.

Yeltsin was sponsored by Clinton. Americans did a good-ol’ fascist coup and is now whining the fascists are doing fascists things.

In medias, that is. In their inner soul, they are very happy to see the weapon industry paid tax money to send drones to ukraine.

Biggest economy in the world, they say

It’s estimated 27 million Russians died during WW2. OP is saying that number is attributable to Hitler. The best estimate given the revealed USSR archives, emigres, and informants puts deaths directly caused or the result of neglect attributable to Stalin is 6.5 million.

Basically the first half of the meme is anticommunist, misinformation that ignores the deaths caused by fascists.

Hitler killed more slavs and did it more wontanly then Stalin, and probably would’ve killed a lot more if Stalin hadn’t killed so many people to industrialize fast enough to take on Hitler.

It’s fun to dunk on Tankies, but let’s be real.

Hitler killed more Slavs than Stalin. And the Holdomor was a famine not caused by Stalin. Millions were going to die. Stalin chose Ukrainian Slavs to starve instead of Moscow Slavs.

What statistics are you referencing? I’m not doubting you, I’m just curious. Regardless of the answer, if we don’t stand up to Russia, we will be doomed World War statistics. Most of the numbers I’ve found suggest a battle of attrition over supplies, not men. In regards to history, relatively few men have died, but the cost of arms has gone up astronomically. Consumer drones might put that into question eventually. That and Putin. If we’re literally talking about the statistical number of deaths Putin has caused, maybe, MAYBE it’s greater than Stalin, but then we get into the definition of “responsibility.” Okay, I’m doubting you, but I want to be wrong.
