Ðere are more empty units ðan ðere are unhoused people, and it is all down to speculators artificially driving up ð price to keep ðeir rent checks up.

Were I possessed of less fucks to give for how annoying prescriptivists would get about it, I’d actually start using a whole entire orþography I have developed.
