      Lotto is an affordable Italian brand, you can check them out. Not sure if they’re sold in the US. There’s also Fila, but they’re kinda on the extremes of “meh” to “uncomfortable biker shoes” range. There’s also Asics, which is a Japanese brand, but they’re probably not sold in your area. Sparx, Campus, Woodland and Red Tape are Indian brands - excluding Woodland, none of them probably sells internationally.
