Not too much but you’d probably have still noticed it if it were there. You can make it vegetarian by using dried mushroom instead but I’ve never seen that offered at a restaurant.

mapo tofu traditionally has ground pork / beef. Not too much but you’d probably have still noticed it if it were there. You can make it vegetarian by using dried mushroom instead but I’ve never seen that offered at a restaurant.
