That ended with me finally explaining to him how the way he and my mother treated me as a child, with undiagnosed (and really not even conceptually understood at the time) ADHD caused me lasting trauma that persists to this day. I’m a 45 year old man, and I cried.
It’s interesting that you mention sleep. I have awful sleep apnea, and i wonder how much it is affecting my mood and divergence. I got the Inspire surgery though, so hopefully when this ramp up period is over, i can finally get some real sleep and speed if there’s any improvement.
