I have a 2000 2.5RS with busted rear seat belts that are covered under a lifetime warranty. Subaru is unable to fulfill their obligation, and calls are not being returned. Does anyone have any advice on this?

    Are you calling a dealership or Subaru of America? I’ve always heard that SoA were really responsive to customer complaints.

      Both, started at the dealership and they told me to contact SoA. Spoke to someone briefly at SoA, and was told they would contact me if they found replacements, and I never heard back. I’ve also called and left a few voicemails to no avail.
