Nah, photo just looks like it.

Top left looks like allspice berries.
Top right are whole cloves you need to grind yourself. They’re like little sticks otherwise.
Right hand side are whole star anise (you know, the ones that look like stars.)

All good stuff to have around, but I wouldn’t call those three at least “exotic”.

Not sure on the rest.
